Labrador Retrievers are friendly, good-natured dogs who enjoy swimming. In water they use their tail like a rudder; it is often called their "otter tail". Labrador Retrievers enjoy fetching balls and sticks and are markedly popular family dogs.

Fun fact: Labrador Retriever puppies can have black, yellow or chocolate-coloured fur.
