Elena finds inspiration all around her, and enjoys breaking things down to simple shapes and form, focussing on bringing joy and comfort to viewers of her work. She specialises in children’s book illustrations, as well as creating patterns and other illustrated designs for retail products such as greeting cards, bedding, wallpaper, etc.
