These iconic socks feature a bold, low-gauge 1x1 ribbed construction accented by four distinctive contrasting stripes around the leg. They have a crisp, dry texture and offer exceptional comfort all day long, thanks to a tightly twisted yarn spun entirely from "fallen cotton" (unused short-fiber cotton salvaged from Japanese spinning mills). All RoToTo socks are knitted on vintage low-tension machines in the Nara Prefecture in Japan, a region renowned for its sock production and craftsmanship. This artisanal approach creates a superior texture and durability impossible to achieve with modern high speed production.
