This farm to cup Signature Matcha is sourced from the mountainous Kirishima region of Kagoshima. Packed with healthy levels of amino acids (L-theanine), antioxidants (EGCG), vitamins, and minerals, it comes in a beautiful vibrant green color that extends to its taste.

Matcha Shot: Sift 1 tsp (2-2.5g) of matcha powder into a bowl. Pour 30-40 ml of warm water at 70ºC (158°F). Whisk in fast zip-zag motion for around 30 seconds until frothy and clump-free.

Usucha: To drink it pure as usucha, add 30-40ml more water to the matcha shot. Enjoy hot or over ice.

Matcha Latte: Add 200-300ml of your favourite milk to the matcha shot. Enjoy hot or over ice.
