Isabel Thomas is a science writer and children's author.  She has written more than 140 books for young people and has been shortlisted for the ASE Science Book of the Year, the Royal Society Young People's Book Prize and the Blue Peter Book Awards.  Isabel also writes for children's science magazines Whizz Pop Bang! and The Week Junior.  Hannah Warren is an award-winning illustrator, whose bold, colourful and slightly whimsical illustrations reference retro design and travel posters from the 1960s.  Since graduating from the Royal College of Art, Hannah has worked with an impressive list of clients, including Stella magazine, Phaidon and Thames & Hudson.  She lives in London.
