Seiun Gold Aloeswood Incense by Nippon Kodo. This aloeswood incense is a woody aroma with hints of spices, including vanilla, clove and cinnamon. It’s a scent that evokes images of Japan and is a stimulating and uplifting aroma. Nippon Kodo's premium Seiun range of fragrances are considered an inspiration to greatness, with calming and fresh scents. The packaging features an illustration of Mt. Fuji, the highest mountain in Japan. Seiun incense has a higher concentration of charcoal than other incense, and burns at a hotter temperature with much less smoke, hence the name which translates as blue cloud. It burns cleanly with a pure scent, for meditation, relaxation, reading, listening to music and peace of mind. Includes 220 incense sticks.

The Seiun range of incense from Nippon Kodo has a higher concentration of charcoal than other incense, and burns at a hotter temperature with much less smoke. This traditional Japanese incense is a low smoke, solid stick made without a bamboo core and infused with essential oils for a pure, clean fragrance and a soothing experience.

Directions: To light Japanese incense, simply ignite the tip, let it flame briefly, then extinguish the flame so it can smoulder. Unlike Indian incense, Japanese sticks do not have a bamboo core, so there is no specific end to light. The gentle, low-smoke burn is an integral part of enjoying the fragrance. Insert the unlit end of the incense into the incense holder.
