Rocky M. handmade ceramic soap dish by Oba Studios. Created in Berlin by Oba Studios creative directors Dr Barbara Jenner and Birgit Ostermeier, the Rocky M. was inspired by mountain ranges. The soap dish is the perfect marriage of beautiful design and functionality - the bar of soap only rests on a few points and can therefore air dry as quickly and efficiently as possible. Handmade from durable, high-fired stoneware and hand-glazed, each soap dish is unique, with interesting natural variations in glaze and clay form.
Hand-crafted in the Christophorus Workshops in Fürstenwalde, Germany and hand-glazed in Berlin. This workshop trains and employs people with disabilities who would otherwise not have access to the labour market.
