The skirt is made with 3 layers of black tulle, with a polycotton lining, and 3 layers of white faux pearl trim. A black velvet elastic waistband is stylish and comfy. The black velvet fabric stuffed tail has snap fasteners and is easily detachable. Flexible metal headband for comfortable wear. The bow headband is covered with soft black velvet and has a white faux pearl trim.
