TB-362 Trunk Tool Box in Black by Toyo Steel

$155.00
Toyo Steel

TB-362 Trunk Tool Box by Toyo Steel. Made in Osaka since 1969, these award winning Japanese boxes are the premium standard for metal tool boxes. The TB-362 is almost the same size and shape as the conventional Trunk Shape Toolbox T-360, but the difference is that it has a handle on the top of the lid. It does not tilt when carried and fits under the seat of the car. Originally crafted for industry professionals, this tool box is perfect for storing larger items, tool or even camping.

Established in 1969, Toyo Steel was the first to develop a deep drawing technology, allowing them to create toolboxes from a single sheet of steel. This technique, which involves shaping the sheets with metal molds, results in a seamless toolbox that is robust and hardwearing. Widely acclaimed for its simple-yet-refined design, the Toyo toolbox has won both the Good Design and Long Life Design awards. Initially created for industrial professionals, today the toolboxes are used in many different ways, from organising everyday gadgets to storing art supplies.
