Current Dispatch Times

We are currently aiming to dispatch all new orders within 2-3 working days please note that this does not include weekends and UK national holidays. If you are a UK customer you can choose our priority service at checkout

UK Customers:

Domestic Delivery Standard (up to 2KG and 60cm) £3.95 (free over £99)

Picked and dispatched within current dispatch time. Royal Mail then aims to deliver within 2 working days (this does not include Sundays). Please note that Royal Mail standard service will deliver to a 'safe place'. You will receive an email and a SMS to offer you the opportunity to select an alternative if you are unavailable to receive delivery.

Domestic Delivery Standard (over 2KG and/or 60cm) £8.50

Picked and dispatched within current dispatch time. DPD then aims to deliver the next working day (this does not include weekends). The courier will inform you in advance of delivery and you must be in residence to receive the parcel. Please note that the courier may deliver to a 'safe place'. You will receive an email and a SMS to offer you the opportunity to select an alternative if you are unavailable to receive delivery

Domestic Delivery Standard (Collection Point) £3.99

Picked and dispatched within current dispatch time. DPD then aims to deliver to your selected collection point the next working day (this does not include weekends). The courier will inform you when the parcel is ready for collection.

Domestic Delivery Priority £8.50

Picked within 1-2 working days DPD then aims to deliver the following working day (this does not include weekends). The courier will inform you in advance of delivery and you must be in residence to receive the parcel. Please note that the courier may deliver to a 'safe place'. You will receive an email and a SMS to offer you the opportunity to select an alternative if you are unavailable to receive delivery.

Local Collection (Brighton) free

Picked and dispatched within current dispatch time. Your parcel will be delivered to our Brighton store on our twice-weekly transfer. We will inform you by email when your parcel is ready for collection. 

European Union (EU) Customers:

Picked and dispatched within current dispatch time. Our Couriers then aim to deliver within 2-5 working days (depending on geographic location). Our couriers will inform you in advance of delivery and you must be in residence to receive the parcel.

All prices include taxes, duties and handling fees. To simplify your experience we are now including these taxes and duties up front and incorporating them into our listed prices. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout.

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay including taxes and duties.

United States of America (US) Customers

Picked and dispatched within current dispatch time. Our Couriers then aim to deliver within 2-3 working days (depending on geographic location). Our couriers will inform you in advance of delivery and you must be in residence to receive the parcel.

All prices include tariffs, duties and handling fees. To simplify your experience we are now incorporating these tariffs and duties up front and including them into our listed prices, taxes and shipping are then calculated at checkout.

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay including taxes and duties.

Rest of World (RoW) Customers

Picked and dispatched within current dispatch time. Our Couriers then aim to deliver within 2-7 working days (depending on geographic location). Our couriers will inform you in advance of delivery and you must be in residence to receive the parcel.

All prices include taxes, duties and handling fees. To simplify your experience we are now including these taxes and duties up front and incorporating them into our listed prices, shipping is calculated at checkout.

To avoid unnecessary delays, when adding in your billing and delivery details, please use latin-script alphabet only.

If you are required to provide country specific criteria please add to the order notes and this will be manually added to your order.

UK Forwarding Addresses

Any orders placed from outside of the UK and shipped to a UK forwarding address are not covered by UK legislation. Please refer to our international returns policy.

We will always use the cheapest methods of postage and will only ever charge you additional postage costs if this applies to your order. If you are at all unsure, please email hello@junioredition.com and we can give you a shipping quote.
