Ohto

Ohto is a historic Japanese stationery brand which started in 1919 as an ink manufacturer. In 1949 they started to manufacture pens after the US army introduced ballpoint pens to Japan, inventing the world's first ballpoint pen with a chrome ball. Ohto have also pioneered innovations like water-based rollerball pens and quick-drying gel inks. Known for their quality, precision, and stylish designs, Ohto offers a range of writing instruments, including iconic needlepoint pens, gel pens, and mechanical pencils, favoured by writers and artists for their reliability and smooth writing experience.
