It has long, full sleeves finished with ruffle cuffs, a cotton velvet peter-pan collar with cotton trim stitching, and two rows of velvet ribbon to the sleeves and hem. The front button placket has a row of buttons and loops, either side of which are beautiful, hand-smocked panels.
