12 Song Thrush Eggs by The Chocolate Detective. 12 Chocolate Eggs filled with Salted Caramel. Layers of dark and milk chocolate are filled with a buttery ganache and gently salted caramel before being wrapped in a fine sugar shell and life-like speckles. Please note that the Song Thrush eggs are currently in brown summer plumage, with the same delicious caramel recipe.
