It's been a while since we virtually opened our shop doors to those of you that aren't local or haven't visited - we thought you might like a little look around together with a few insider secrets and top tips of where to go and who to visit if you are ever Brighton bound.

We expanded into our bricks and mortar store back in July 2017 and were lucky enough to secure a unit in the heart of Brighton's bustling North Laine which is THE place to come for the best independent cafes, restaurants and shops. Hailed as Brighton's 'Bohemian Quarter' there's nothing you won't find here and we share space with a truly eclectic collection of businesses. You'll find flea markets to children's concept stores (that's us!) and literally EVERYTHING in-between. There's a real community spirit amongst traders and residents here which we are so proud to be a part of.

Kensington Gardens itself is a charming, cobbled street - one of the most iconic and frequently visited in Brighton as it oozes charm and offers some great shopping opportunities too! Whether you want to stock up on Sussex cheeses and charcuterie, grab coffee and cake, shop second hand books and bric-a-brac or simply browse the latest collection from Bobo Choses, you'll find it all here.

Junior Edition resides at number 34, neighboured by much-loved independents Resident Records, Abode Living, Pussy Boutique and Family Store. Most days you'll find Georgia here, together with one of our lovely part-timers.

Many of our staff are parents of school-age kids, juggling work with childcare and with a real passion for children's fashion - genuine experts in the field! We also have some wonderful creatives on the team - young designers for instance, that bring with them not only an incredible eye for what's hot (and what's not!) but also a real understanding of textiles, styling and trends. It's really important for us not only to have smiley, happy people on hand to help you but ones that really know what they are talking about too!

In store you'll find a carefully curated collection of our favourite clothing, toys and homewares. Whilst it would be impossible for us to carry all of the items you'll find online in a small, boutique environment we do have an awful lot of loveliness here. From brands you'll already know and love to Brighton based artists such as Atelier Stella, a local ceramicist who makes the most delightful vases, plant pots and candle holders.

Alongside heaps of beautiful gifts, cards and gift wrap you'll find some of our most popular clothing collections which we rotate on a regular basis. We are currently showcasing the brand new collection from Bobo Choses together with Mini Rodini, Quincy Mae and 1+ In The Family in-store  - for babies right through to our biggest children's sizes.

Out of season is an especially lovely time to visit Brighton, especially if you get lucky with the weather - the sunrises and sunsets are spectacular at the moment and at dusk you can catch the mesmerising starling murmuration at Brighton Palace Pier. Keep an eye to the tide charts too and you might be surprised to discover we have sand at low tide, perfect for a paddle even at this time of year.

Follow us on instagram and pop us a DM if you're Brighton bound and in need of some top tips, we are always happy to help!
