Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase! If for any reason you wish to return your purchase please contact us and send it back to us within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to offer a full refund.
Please note all sales are final on all outlet, clearance and sale purchases with reductions of more than half price (greater than 50% off). We simply request that customers make considered purchases on items heavily discounted. Our normal returns policy applies to items on sale or promotion up to and including 50% off.
- Ensure the item you are returning is unworn and in a saleable condition with its original tags and packaging. Garments must be carefully folded.
- Please enclose your packing slip and clearly identify which items you wish to return with a brief description of why you wish to return your item(s).
- We recommend you send it tracked as we are not liable for any loss in transit. We do not refund the original postage cost.
- Please address your return to: Junior Edition Returns, Unit D3 Eastside Business Park, Beach Road, Newhaven, East Sussex. BN9 0FB and post within 14 days of receiving the item(s) for a refund.
- Items must be marked as 'returned goods' on all customs documents. If we are asked to pay customs charges on re-entry of the package, these will be deducted from any refunds, if applicable.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund should our terms and conditions not be met.
- For exchanges, we ask to simply place a new order for the items you would like to receive. Please then return the original item(s) by post for a refund.
- Please allow us up to 10 working days to process your return from the day we receive it.

We kindly ask for our customers to consider the accumulation of air-miles when ordering items they likely intend to return and have put a dedicated customer service team in place to can help measure items and offer expert advice before purchasing in order to help reduce the volume of items that might otherwise need to be sent back to us.
