We want you to be delighted with your purchase! If for any reason you wish to return your purchase please contact us and send it back to us within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to offer a full refund.
- Ensure the item you are returning is unworn and in a saleable condition with its original tags and packaging. Garments must be carefully folded.
- Please enclose your packing slip and clearly identify which items you wish to return with a brief description of why you wish to return your item(s).
- We recommend you send it tracked as we are not liable for any loss in transit. We do not refund the original postage cost.
- Please address your return to: Junior Edition Returns, Unit D3 Eastside Business Park, Beach Road, Newhaven, East Sussex. BN9 0FB within 14 days of receiving the item(s) for a refund.
- Items must be marked as 'returned goods' on all customs documents. If we are asked to pay customs charges on re-entry of the package, these will be deducted from any refunds, if applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund should the above criteria not be met.
For exchanges, we ask to simply place a new order for the items you would like to receive. Please then return the original item(s) by post for a refund. We recommend you send it tracked as we are not liable for any loss in transit.
Please allow us up to 10 working days to process your return from the day we receive it.

Posters and Printed Items
Posters and printed items are non-returnable due to their fragile nature. All prints and posters are checked prior to posting and sent in perfect condition in protective packaging. We do not accept responsibility for printed materials damaged once received.
Inflatable Pools and Swimming Rings
Please be careful not to over inflate and ensure you use on a level surface free of any sharp objects. The manufacturers cannot accept liability for damage caused in use. Therefore we are unable to accept returns of these items once removed from the packaging.
Current Shipping Times
Due to the impact of coronavirus on the international logistics network and some national border control measures, we are aware that some countries are experiencing delays in receiving their parcels. We are unable to refund for delays in receiving your order.
Any undeliverable orders returned to us will incur additional postal charges to resend, and may also incur an additional processing fee.
Worn, Damaged or Altered Items
We are unable to refund items that have been worn, damaged or altered in any way. It is the customers responsibility to inspect all garments before removing the tags. Please contact us immediately at
if you not completely satisfied with any purchases before wearing the garment. Once the tags have been removed and the item has been worn we are unable to accept any returns.
Due to the delicate nature of many of our knitwear items, we are unable to accept returns of items that have bobbled, snagged or buttons come loose as this will be considered 'wear and tear'.
We are unable to accept garments damaged or discoloured during the washing process. We advise that our customers do not use a 'dosing ball' due the potential damage concentrated fabric detergent can have on the colour.
We do not refund the original postage costs, and refunds on orders with free delivery will be refunded for the original sum paid minus the outgoing postage costs. We do not pay for the return postage charges and cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.
Cancelling An Order
If you wish to cancel your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order hasn't started to process we'll cancel the order and refund your purchase and any postage costs.
If you wish to cancel your order and it has already been processed then please return the parcel to us using the returns method above. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund your original or return postage costs.
Please note we cannot cancel orders placed during peak times new season launch day, sale and promotional offers due to the high volume of orders that we receive.
Any undeliverable orders returned to us will incur additional postal charges to resend, and may also incur an additional processing fee. We will not refund undelivered parcels that are returned to us more than 28 days after purchase.
On items purchased in our Brighton store that are unsuitable we will offer an exchange or credit note. We do not give refunds on any item purchased from our Brighton store.
