Postage Costs

We are unable to refund original postage costs.

Return Postage Costs

We are unable to subsidise return postage charges and cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us. We recommend customers returning items to us using a fully tracked service.

3rd Party Transaction Fees

Due to increased operating costs, we are no longer able to fully subsidise charges we incur during the processing of returns. 3rd Party Transaction Fee of £3.50 for the first item and £1 for each additional item may be deducted from your refund to contribute to the expenses we incur.

We automatically cancel all orders placed using Order Bots where customers are seen to order in bulk for resale. Transaction fees on these orders are non refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

Orders returned to us beyond 30 days after purchase

We are happy to offer a full refund on products returned within 30 days of purchase. Any items returned after this period are not eligible for a refund.
