Undelivered, Lost or Stolen parcels

Royal Mail ‘Safe Space’

By default Royal Mail will deliver your parcel to a ‘safe space’ if no one is at home to accept delivery and you are accepting liability for the parcel.


If you do not wish for your parcel to be left in a ‘Safe Space’. On dispatch you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS from Royal Mail where you can select an alternative option.

Undelivered, lost or stolen parcels

While it is uncommon for your parcel to be undelivered, lost or stolen. If you don't have your parcel and tracking shows it as delivered. Please contact and we will do everything within our power to assist you with recovering your parcel.


To allow us to help you please provide us with your email address the order was placed under, the Junior Edition order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email) and the tracking number. This can be found on your dispatch email.
