EU Undeliverable Orders

Delivered Taxes and Duties Unpaid

As the importer you the customer agree to pay any local taxes and duties applied on import.

If you wish to make a return of items delivered outside of the UK, you the importer will be responsible for reclaiming any local taxes and duties locally.

Refused / Undeliverable Orders

As the importer, you the customer are liable for entering the correct name, address, and any country specific criteria required to deliver your order. Unfortunately we are unable to amend any order once the order has been placed.

Any refused / undeliverable orders will be destroyed unless Junior Edition attempts to act on your behalf  to authorises the return and accepts liability for styorage fees, overgoods fees and return postage fees; Junior Edition may also incur additional import taxation. If Junior Edition is successful in recovering your parcel, we will deduct any expenses incurred from the value of your basket and will not refund original carriage fees. If we do not receive the shipment back within the 30 day return period your right to refund will be void.

Parcels Returned to Sender

If Junior Edition receives an order Returned to Sender, we will contact you to help resolve any issues within 14 days of receipt.

If you wish for us to resend your order to you we will invoice you for the additional postal charges to resend and help you resolve the previous barriers to import.

If the parcel is returned to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase we will apply a 3rd party transaction fee of £3.50 for the first item and £1 for each additional item; this will be deducted from your refund.

If we receive the return outside of our 30 day from purchase cancelation period we will issue a credit note for the current listed value of the basket.
